Tasting Notes
Aroma Aromas of mature plums, wild berries, spices, and bitter chocolate.
Mouth A medium to full bodied wine, with the mid-palate balanced by fine and long tannins.

Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly with strong aromas and flavours, such as stews, traditional lamb dishes, black pig and feather game.

Vineyards
Located at Herdade do Moinho Branco in the Vidigueira sub-region, planted between 170m and 190m on mica schist soils, they are between 15 and 50 years old.

Vinification
A selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made on the sorting table and fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 27ºC.
