Ribafreixo Wines is an innovative, forward-looking and ambitious company that operates in the heart of the Alentejo Region and whose main activity is wine production.
All products and services presented on this Website are marketed by RIBAFREIXO WINES, LDA., a company headquartered at Adega Moinho Branco 7960-212 Vidigueira, Portugal , registered in the Commercial Registry under number 508191181.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
If you intend to purchase a wine, you will need to confirm that you are of the minimum age required by Portuguese law to purchase alcoholic beverages. When making a purchase on our website, you are declaring that you are over 18 years old and that you are not subject to a legal restriction that prevents you from purchasing alcoholic beverages (Decree-Law n.º 106/2015, of April 16).
RIBAFREIXO WINES PRODUCTS
On our Website you can purchase our Wines, Baskets or other regional products from RIBAFREIXO WINES.
1. Add the products you want to order to the shopping cart;
2. Fill in the requested fields;
3. Make the payment
4. You will then receive an email confirming your order;
5. Upon receipt of payment in our systems, your order will be processed and shipped and you will receive our order confirmation and shipment notifications.
Orders will be processed after payment has been cleared.

Payments for purchases on this website are received in euros.

DELIVERIES
RIBAFREIXO WINES delivers to mainland Portugal and the islands and to 23 countries in Europe and the United States
Deliveries in mainland Portugal for purchases over 150 euros are free.

The mentioned delivery times apply to orders placed before 12h00 and whose items are available. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays, so all orders paid after 12:00 pm on Friday will be shipped on the first working day.
If delivery is not achieved by the carrier, a second attempt will be made at no cost to the customer. In case the second attempt is not successful, it will be returned, and the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
In the case of international shipments, RIBAFREIXO WINES will not be liable for any customs fees or delays in delivery depending on the country of destination.

WINES FOR EVENTS
If you want to buy wine in quantity for events, contact us and you may benefit from special conditions. If there are any units left after the event, we will accept the return of all sealed bottles and in the same condition as they were delivered, and we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
· By the CUSTOMER: If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 days after the date of purchase of the Voucher or receipt of the Products, to resolve contracts entered into through this Website (DL n.º 24/2014, of 14 February). In the case of Vouchers, an order to refund the price paid will be given after the consumer's cancellation order. In the case of baskets with perishable products, it will only be possible to request their return within 2 days of receipt.
The return must be made in accordance with the following section “Procedures for returns?
· By RIBAFREIXO WINES: In the event of any difficulty regarding the supply of products or a stock shortage, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability, and we will refund the amount you have paid within 30 days.
