The primary objective of Ribafreixo Wines was to create a wine tourism project that would complement the winery project, which should be strongly integrated into the tourist potential of the Vidigueira region, as well as Beja and Évora. It was with this in mind that we built our new wine cellar – a modern building with contemporary lines- and inaugurated it in 2012.

The Wine Tourism project emerged in 2014, with the inauguration of the large and modern multipurpose social area, which can be used for various purposes (events, business meetings, conferences, etc.). This tourist-oriented area houses the Wine Shop, where visitors can buy our wines at the best market prices, the Tasting Room where our wines can be tasted with the proper accompaniment of a professional and the cellar's panoramic restaurant. Here, in addition to the refined dining room surrounded by the wine theme, we are surprised by simple and delicious cuisine, typically Alentejo. To accompany the meal we have the privilege of being able to have authentic wines from Portuguese grape varieties at the table, extremely gastronomic and internationally awarded in the most varied renowned competitions.

Note: events or actions with a large number of participants that require greater organization and logistics (social events, conferences, business meetings, etc.) will be subject to a budget, depending on needs. Ribafreixo Wines reserves the right to cancel any visit or event if the conditions for its positive functioning are not met (eg weather conditions).
