Test results
Aroma: Very present, fresh and quite intense. Wild berries, blackberry, blueberry, ripe fruit, but fresh and captivating. Secondary notes of wood, balsamic, licorice and fresh coffee.
Mouth: Ample, dense and silky, with present and firm tannins, and with wild fruits standing out in the mouth, adding the acidity that guarantees balance. Complex, full-bodied, with sufficient intensity and concentration for a fantastic evolution in the bottle.
Harmonizes: It will be the perfect match for grilled red meat, game or even for an excellent chanfana.
