Gúdio Clássico Red

Varieties: Touriga Nacional (40%), Alicante Bouschet (40%), Tinta Miúda (10%), Aragonez (10%).
Partial fermentation in French oak vats. Stage for 7 months in new French oak barrels. 12 months aging in bottle.

Test results
Aroma: Notes of black fruits, some floral, mint, toast and coffee
green.
Mouth: In the mouth it shows balance and a set of solid and robust tannins that ensure pleasure and longevity.
Pairing with: matured beef, a slow stew of tasty game meat (deer, pheasant) and even a good mature cheese.
