CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

By the CUSTOMER: If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 days after the date of purchase of the Voucher or receipt of the Products, to resolve contracts entered into through this Website (DL n.º 24/2014, of February 14 ). In the case of Vouchers, an order to refund the price paid will be given after the consumer's cancellation order. In the case of baskets with perishable products, it will only be possible to request their return within 2 days of receipt.

The return must be made in accordance with the following section "Procedures for returns?".

By RIBAFREIXO WINES: In the event of any difficulty regarding the supply of products or a stock shortage, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability, and we will refund the amount you have paid within 30 days.

Damaged orders and wrong products
Please inspect the order as soon as it is received.

If, upon delivery, you verify that your order is damaged, you must immediately alert the courier who delivers it and notify RIBAFREIXO WINES, within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can report the situation to the carrier. .

Please keep the original packaging(s) and contents exactly as delivered to you, if possible.

In this scenario, RIBAFREIXO WINES will analyze the situation and will be able to collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer. Defective items can be exchanged for items of equal value. You can choose to refund the price paid or issue a voucher of equal value to purchase other products.

If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, RIBAFREIXO WINES will collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer.
